Accessory Gearbox

The accessory gearbox is an assembly of gears and associated parts by which engine power is transmitted to a driving axle. It is usually attached to the back of an engine to drive installed accessories such as electrical generator, fuel pumps, oil pumps, starter/generator, instruments, etc.
